And development refers dynamic process of change from one state to another causing comfort and happiness in peoples' life. Peace prospers development. Thus peace and development are supplementary aspects for the nation.
Obviously peace is regarded as the state of affairs when its citizens are free and liberal to enjoy the legal and fundamental rights without obstacles only in the absence of conflicts, violence and war personality enhancement is possible personality enhancement supports to develop the family, society, community, and the nation as a whole. This experience of peace also promotes the sense of nationality, brotherhood, helpfulness, patriotic feelings and so on. THE DIFFERENCE GENERATION
the difference in attitude or behaviour between young and older people that cause lack understanding in the generation gap.
It's cure that the generation gap causes the misunderstanding between the children and the parents in term of eating, living, fields of interest, social norms and values tradition and costumes, social etiquettes and such many other fields of social behaviours. All most all types of parents by heart want their children to be will disciplined and an example for the society. Parents wish their children to follow the social rules, regulations, norms, values and traditions. They wish to see their children involving the social works. Parents do not want their children fail in bad conduather and mother dream over their children to fulfill their incomplete ambition through their children. Therefore they send the children to a school even leading a poverty stricken life style. On the other hand children have their own interest in life. They somewhat disobey the parents wish and their arises the problem of generation gap. The youngsters are highly influenced towards the modern ways of life because of medias. They prefer eating out with friends rather then home with family falling the love and having holidays. Going on dating are common behaviours for then but these are social crime for the parents
POTENTIAL OF BIG PROBLEMS
An overweight girl is teased for being fat. A boy with protruding ears is called dumbo. An adolescent girl is ashamed of her flat chest. A teenage boy is taunted for his underdeveloped muscles.
Most people who are teased for looking different in childhood adolescence manage to ignore it. But many young people cannot new research shows. Negative body images take root in their minds and even year's later they see them selves as their torments did in childhood. We always knew body image could influence behavior said Dr. Thomas F. cash a professor of psychology at old dominion university in Norfolk Va. and a leading expert on body images. But it is surprising to see how lasting the images can be. By studying body images that endure he said researchers are gaining insights into personality development eating disorders motives for plastic surgery and the cultural standards of physical attractiveness for American man and women.

We would like to draw the attention of the government to support the activities related sport and music to encourage the young generation.
We think the trouble with Leisure facilities in our area lies with the local leaders. The leaders do not take interest in the activities of the young people. The young people go to the tea-shop and pass the whole morning talking uselessly. Moreover the young people are too careless about there future. They don't study seriously. We think the young people should be encouraged to take interest in practical life.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
The act of polluting something especially the natural environment is pollution. It can also be said as the negative sides of progress. Besides, over-pollution is also an important factor which has added the problem of pollution with rapid progress of science and technology, there are several man-made machines used for different
purposes. The industries which gives off poisonous gases like, carbon monoxide, sulfur oxide and carbon dioxide. Besides means of transportation also add to the impurity in environment. The waste substances which come out from different machineries are very harmful to the living beings. The cities are being worse polluted much and more day by day. Un-controlling traffic, factories without standard line, noises of FM and radios stations are rapidly increasing in number. The major cities are always beneath the heap of garbage. The passersby uses mask or closes nose because of awful smell of the filth. The roads are neither black topped better nor proper drainage system has been used that’s why in rainy season there is difference between the roads water ponds. We most join our hands together to solve the problem. I think we most promise to stop cutting down trees. We most stop throwing wastes haphazardly. We most plants trees and preserve greeneries. Government should launch program to recycle waste materials. To solve this terrific problem we all must contribute ourselves. Our helping hands if we want our generation to survive

Beauty is a characteristic of a person, place, objector idea that provides a perceptual experience of pleasure, meaning or satisfaction. Beauty is studied as part of aesthetics, sociology, social psychology and culture. As a culture creation, beauty has been extremely commercialized. An "Ideal Beauty" is an entity which is admired or possesses futures widely attributed to beauty in a particular culture.
